This fee schedule provides general information regarding common fees and costs that may be charged in connection with your account. This schedule is provided for informational purposes only and may be subject to change.

1 The maximum allowable fee varies according to state law and will not exceed limits set by the state where your property is located.
2 Recording fees and taxes will vary at the state/county level and are assessed by the clerk of the county where your property is located. Recording fees will be charged only when permitted by applicable state law.
3 The total amount of draw/origination fees paid over the life of the loan is capped at no more than 5% of the total Credit Limit. The life-of-loan cap may be less than 5% depending on the state where your property is located; please refer to your signed HELOC Agreement for specific terms of your account. There are no fees to make purchases with the Trovy Card.
