Trovy Referral Program

Program Overview

The Trovy Referral Program is offered by Trovy Technologies, Inc. ("Trovy") as a way to introduce friends and family to Trovy. Individuals who receive a referral invitation via email or SMS and successfully open a Trovy account through that invitation (each, a "Recipient") will receive a $300 Trovy Card statement credit, subject to the conditions below.

How to Invite Friends & Family

Trovy HELOC customers will receive a personalized referral link that can be used to invite friends and family to apply for a Trovy Card. There is no limit to the number of people a cardholder may invite. However:

• Each invitee must be someone with whom you have a direct, personal relationship.
• Referral links may not be distributed via mass email, public posting, commercial advertising, or similar means.

Statement Credit Eligibility & Fulfillment

Recipients are eligible to receive the $300 Trovy Card statement credit if:

1. They use the referral link to apply for and open a Trovy account;
2. Their Trovy HELOC account is opened.

Once these conditions are met, the statement credit will be added to the Recipient account within 45 days.

Program Integrity

Trovy reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any statement credit if there is any suspicion or evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of program rules. In such cases:

1. Trovy's obligations under this program will terminate immediately; and
2. The Recipient may be required to repay the full value of any credit received, with interest from the date of issuance.

Legal Notes

Account opening is subject to approval; not all applicants will qualify. This offer is void where prohibited. Trovy reserves the right to verify eligibility and to modify or terminate the program at any time. The Trovy Referral Program is scheduled to run through December 31, 2026, unless extended or terminated earlier by Trovy in its sole discretion. Only Recipients who open their HELOC account prior to the date of termination will receive a statement credit. $300 statement credit will be added to the account within 45 days of account opening.
