Add Authorized Users to Your Trovy HELOC Account

Trovy’s new Authorized Users feature is now live! You can now authorize family members to have access to your Trovy HELOC.

Why Users Love This Feature

• Share Your Access: Easily add up to 2 people (18 or older) to your account. They get their own physical card and can add it to their personal Apple Pay or Google Wallet.
• Maintain 100% Control: You are in command. Freeze their card, lower their limits, and track their spending right from your main dashboard. All rewards are also pooled under you!

Access this Feature Now

• Log in to your Trovy dashboard, add a user, and select their mailing address. You must activate their card for them once they receive it.
• Remember: As the primary accountholder you are responsible for all payments and activity. All rewards earned go to your account, and there is no credit reporting on your authorized user.
