The Trovy HELOC credit card is a credit card linked to a
home equity line of credit (HELOC). It allows homeowners to
tap into their home equity and make purchases just like with
a traditional credit card—while benefiting from the lower
interest rates of a HELOC.

To check the rates and terms you qualify for, we will conduct a soft credit
pull which will not affect your credit score. However, if you continue and
submit an application, we will request your full credit report from one or
more consumer reporting agencies, which is considered a hard credit pull and
may affect your credit.

Trovy does not charge any account opening fees. You are responsible for recording
and government fees (up to $800), as well as mobile notary fees (up to $140), where
applicable, if you do not draw at least $10,000 within the first three months of your
account opening. There are no draw fees for card purchases. There is a draw fee of up
to 3.99% and 3.99% on balance transfers and cash advances, respectively, subject to a cap of 5% over the life of
the loan.
